When it comes to meditation, common practice
and most guided meditations advocate for sitting in a quiet place with no distractions so that you can truly listen to yourself and get the most out your time meditating. BUT I've found that the most effective meditations I've done were when I was listening to music at the same time. SO, I teamed up with DJ/producer Alex Cruz and together we created unique a guided meditation podcast episode set to some amazing music.
